The first ever mass mailing catalogue launched by Margaret O'Leary in Fall of 2018, with distribution to over 100k households. Chelsea played the lead role in the entire launch of this project, from photo shoot production and reshoots, image post processing and retouching, contract and mail house facilitation, designing of all creative, and preparation for web business growth and customer service optimization.


In Chelsea's tenure as the Fashion Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer for Margaret O'Leary, she was tasked with producing all quarterly photo shoots to launch each new seasonal collection. The largest shoot facilitated was the Spring 2019 shoot, a week-long project at Margaret O'Leary's photo studio, as well as on location in Mill Valley, California. From model scouting in Los Angeles to curation of set design, from permitting and technical preparation to file management and image quality control on set, the production of this - and every - Margaret O'Leary shoot was solely relied upon by Chelsea.


With 15 store locations across the country, Margaret O'Leary publishes advertising and advertorials in luxury regional magazines across the United States. Maintaining those relationships with publishers, negotiating contracts, and designing all printed ads, Chelsea is instrumental in keeping multiple publishing timelines on track, meeting a multitude of monthly print deadlines.
