Margaret O'Leary, Inc | October 2017 - Present

Brought on board to spearhead the company’s updated branding efforts - maintain a connection with our loyal Baby-Boomer clientele while gaining market awareness among the affluent Millennial/Xennial demographic. Reporting directly to ownership.

  • Ecommerce management: forecast, design, launch and monitor all email marketing efforts against KPIs – revenue increase of 40%+ YOY

  • Optimize all aspects of (Shopify platform), monitor Google Analytics and Hotjar analysis to make continued improvements in the eCommerce customer journey

  • Design all print and digital marketing collateral for 15 retail locations across the country including mailers, catalogues, posters, signage, monthly store event campaigns and more

  • Produce quarterly fashion shoots for seasonal campaigns: creative direction, model scouting, sourcing props and styling materials, file management and QC on set, manage billing of contractors, and post-process images for later wholesale and retail use

  • Manage social media team to maintain brand standards; negotiate all influencer relationships for paid blogger and influencer marketing

  • Designed and launched first mass-mail catalogue developed by the company to produce 58% retail sale increase

In a new role for the company, brought on to lead all aspects of the winery’s Direct to Consumer marketing channel at the managerial level. Reporting to Vice President of Sales.

  • Ecommerce management (creative development, campaign management, department P&L and tracking KPIs), increasing annual eCommerce revenue by 670% during my tenure

  • Design all print and digital marketing collateral for the DTC business and manage all digital platforms featuring the winery (website, social pages, third-party review sites, etc.)

  • Photograph products, events and lifestyle campaigns for web, eCommerce, social and printed collateral

  • Grow social media followers and engagement (accomplished BOD KPI of 3k to 22k FB followers, 1.3k to 12.9k IG followers within six months)
